Residential construction duration depends on the complexity and size of the project. Typically, a modest 2,500 sq ft home can be built in 9 to 10 months, while a larger, more intricate home up to 10,000 sq ft may require up to 24 months. Additionally, we first need a period of 6 to 18 months for design, municipal approvals, construction drawing preparation, budget development, and other pre-construction activities.
