At least as important to us as the finished product was the actual process. Tom was professional every step of the way – from the initial quote, to the end of the project. He had excellent input into our architect’s plans and dealt with unexpected setbacks (like a missing foundation) with ease. As our family is headed by two working parents, it was very important to us that our contractor was on top of everything and was able to make decisions and liaise with the architect and outside suppliers without a tonne of involvement on our part – and Tom fit the bill perfectly.
