A classic house in central Rosedale, this young family was looking for a more modern, efficient and updated interior while maintaining the home’s classic look.  The kitchen and formal dining room were switched with a more casual dining area added to the rear of the house. Radiant heated floors, polyurethane spray foam insulation and low E windows made the new living space comfortable and have reduced the heating and cooling costs of the entire house. A large cedar deck off the dining area allows for outdoor living in the summer.
