An early project for SevernWoods, the “Queen of Belsize” is a remarkable home in North Toronto.  The owners were looking for a second-story addition at the rear of the house above a previously added family room. Once completed, the 650 square foot master bedroom suite boasts two large walk-in closets, his and her bathrooms, built-in cabinetry and gorgeous natural light. From the street, the addition looks like has always been there.
